Team of Doctor and Staff

Dr. Mohamed Warsame

Dr. Mohamed Warsame is originally from Columbus Ohio and holds a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Boston University. After graduating from Boston University in 2010, Dr. Warsame returned back to Columbus to open his first office (Discover Dental)  6 months after graduation. A year later Dr. Warsame went on to open a second location (Precious Smiles) During his time as a general dentist servicing the Greater Columbus area. Dr. Warsame noticed a great vacuum in the dental field amongst his patients. That is when Dr. Warsame decided to open Advanced Dental Assisting in 2018. With this program the main focus for Dr. Warsame was to bridge the gap between minorities in the dental field. Dr. Warsame is the clinical director and instructor for Advanced Dental Assisting

Muna Ali

Muna Ali is originally from Melbourne Australia. Muna has been with the program since 2018. Muna is the head career coordinator in the program. Muna has helped countless of our students find employment within the dental field. She has also assisted many of our students transition into dental hygiene and dental school. Muna is truly an asset and a great counselor in our program

Idiris Ibrahim

Idiris Ibrahim is originally from Columbus Ohio. Idiris was one of the first students to complete the program in 2018. Idiris is also a third year dental student at THE Ohio State University. He is both a certified dental assistant and a certified FIrst AId/ CPR instructor. Idiris has been with the program since 2021. Due to his great leadership and mentoring skills which enables him to motivate and mentor students, he has become a truly motivating instructor in the course. Idiris is currently the classroom instructor of the program. Idiris uses both his experiences from working as a dental assistant and dental student to enhance the learning experience.
